TL;DR. SlackBridge has two plans. Free costs $0 and includes 1 external connection (one Microsoft Teams organization) and 1 channel bridge. Pro costs $49.99 per month, billed monthly in US dollars, and includes 2 external connections, 5 channel bridges and priority support; Pro organizations can add an extra connection for $10 per month (it includes one extra channel) or an extra channel for $5 per month. Pricing is not per seat or per message. There is no separate trial of Pro: the Free plan is the way to try SlackBridge. Invoices, payment details and cancellation are in Stripe's billing portal, opened from Billing, Manage Subscription in the dashboard. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free and existing bridges keep relaying.
The short version
| Free | Pro | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $0 | $49.99 per month, billed monthly (USD) |
| External connections (Microsoft Teams organizations) | 1 | 2 |
| Channel bridges | 1 | 5 |
| Two-way messaging | Yes | Yes |
| Priority support | No | Yes |
| Add-ons | No | +1 connection for $10/month (includes +1 channel); +1 channel for $5/month |
A connection is a link between your Slack workspace and one Microsoft Teams organization. A channel bridge is one Slack channel linked to one Teams channel. The full comparison is on the pricing page.
How much does it cost to connect more than 2 organizations?
Pro includes 2 external connections, that is, 2 Microsoft Teams organizations. Each additional connection (one more external organization) costs $10 per month and also adds one channel bridge. Extra channel bridges on their own cost $5 per month each. For example, connecting 4 external organizations on Pro costs $49.99 + 2 × $10 = $69.99 per month. Add-ons are bought on the Billing page once you are on Pro.
Is there a per-seat or per-message cost?
No. Pricing is based on the number of external connections and channel bridges, not on message volume or seat count. A bridged channel can carry any number of messages between any number of Slack and Microsoft Teams users at no extra cost.
Is there a free trial?
There is no separate trial of Pro: upgrading starts a paid monthly subscription. The Free plan is the way to try SlackBridge. It never expires, and it is enough to set up one channel bridge and see how it works. If you have a promotion code, there is a field for it on the checkout page.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
In the dashboard, open Billing and click Upgrade to Pro. Payment is taken on a Stripe checkout page, and you return to the Billing page afterwards. Only an admin of your SlackBridge organization can upgrade or change billing.
Add-ons are bought on the Billing page once you are on Pro. Changes take effect immediately and are billed or credited on the spot, prorated for the rest of the billing period. Removing an add-on never disables anything you have already set up.
Where do I get an invoice?
Open Billing and click Manage Subscription. This opens Stripe's billing portal for your organization, where you can update your payment method and view and download your invoices. Only an admin of your SlackBridge organization can open it. (Plan changes are made on the Billing page, not in the portal.)
How do I cancel before my next renewal?
- Open Billing and click Manage Subscription.
- Cancel the subscription in Stripe's billing portal.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period; it does not refund the rest of the period automatically (see refunds below). Your Pro plan stays active until then, then your account moves to Free. Your existing connections and channel bridges keep relaying, even if you have more than the Free allowance: nothing is torn down. Add-ons end with the subscription.
Once a Pro subscription has ended, the Free plan's limits apply to anything new: you can create connections and channel bridges again as long as the total stays within the Free allowance (1 connection and 1 channel bridge). If you already have more than that, nothing is removed, but you cannot add more until you are back under the Free limit or subscribe again.
What happens if a payment fails?
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries the card and SlackBridge emails you. Pro stays active while Stripe retries, and nothing is paused. If the retries run out, the subscription ends, the account moves to Free, and SlackBridge emails you to say so. Existing bridges keep relaying, and the Free plan's limits apply to anything new, as above.
Refunds
SlackBridge's Terms of Service (section 6.3) say: "We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@slackbridge.com within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service."
Price changes and older Pro plans
The Terms of Service (section 6.4) say: "We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period."
Organizations that were on Pro before the September 2026 packaging change keep their original capacity, 5 external connections and 50 channel bridges, at the same $49.99 per month. The Billing page shows this as Pro (Legacy).
