SlackBridge is free to start with 1 external connection and 1 channel bridge. The Pro plan is $49.99 per month and includes 2 external connections and 5 channel bridges. Need more? Add a connection for $10 per month (it includes an extra channel too), or a channel for $5 per month.
The free plan includes 1 external connection and 1 channel bridge. This lets you connect one Slack channel to one external channel (e.g. Microsoft Teams) with two-way messaging.
Yes. Pro users can add capacity per unit: $10 per month for each extra connection, which also includes one extra channel, or $5 per month for each extra channel bridge.
A connection is a link between your Slack workspace and one external Microsoft Teams organization. Agencies connecting to multiple clients would have multiple connections, one per client tenant.
The free plan lets you test SlackBridge before upgrading. You can set up your first channel bridge and see how it works, then upgrade to Pro when you need more capacity.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time and your account will revert to the free plan at the end of your billing period.
No. Pricing is based on the number of external connections and channel bridges, not on message volume or seat count. A bridged channel can carry unlimited messages between an unlimited number of Slack and Microsoft Teams users at no additional cost - predictable billing for teams whose message volume varies month to month.
Your Pro plan stays active through the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free (1 connection, 1 channel) at renewal. If you have more than the Free allowance at that point, your existing channel mappings keep relaying - nothing is torn down - but you cannot create new connections or channel bridges until you are back under the Free limit or upgrade again.
